Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are custom-made and produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production partner, Printful, for fulfillment.

Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (flags, mugs, etc.) before they are shipped.
Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

United States: Estimated shipping time is 3–4 business days.

Canada: Estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days.

International: Estimated shipping time is 5–20 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number. This number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional fees.
Damages & Lost Packages

Damages: If your order arrives damaged or if there is a printing error, please contact us at [andrewisolallc@gmail.com] with photos of the damaged item within [30 days] of receiving your order.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
